GUS Staining Experiments
- Tobacco germinated 11-21-09, transferred to magenta boxes with 1% Sucrose MS media on 12-21-2010.
- Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated transformation with pTF102 plasmid DNA on 02-10-2010.
- Tobacco placed on cocultivation media until transfer to Shoot Induction selective media on 02-12-2010.
- The generated shoots were transferred to RI medium after 03-06-2010.
- Leaves and roots of transgenic tobacco were incubate in GUS staining solution for three days at 28°C. Then remove GUS staining solution and add 70% ethanol one day.
- All these photos were taken at 04-16-2010.
