This is a one-credit laboratory course aiming at learning basic knowledge and technique in plant genetic transformation and molecular analysis of transgenic plants.
Who should take this course:
- Graduate students majoring in any discipline of plant sciences.
- Graduate students majoring in any science discipline with an intention to collaborate with plant scientists.
- Anyone interested in plant genetic transformation
